का.आ. 2689(अ).—के न्द्र सरकार अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 37) द्वारा यथासंशोधित अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4 (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, मदुरई के संस्थान निकाय के सदस्य के रूप में निम्नलिखित संसद सदस्यगण (व्यक्तियों) को एतद्द्वारा नामित करती है:

1. श्री पी. रविन्द्रनाथ, संसद सदस्य - लोक सभा

2. श्री माणिक टैगोर, संसद सदस्य– लोक सभा

3. श्री एन. चंद्रशेखरन,संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा

सदस्यगण का कार्यकाल अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 6 में निहित प्रावधानों द्वारा शासित होगा।

S.O. 2689(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4 (g) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the CentralGovernment hereby nominates the following Members of Parliament as members of the Institute Body of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Madurai :

1. Shri P. Ravindhranath, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha

2. Shri Manickam Tagore, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha

3. Shri N. Chandrasegharan, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha

The term of office of the members shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act,1956 .
