का.आ. 2680(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि लोक हित में यह आवश्यक है कि 'पारादीप- हल्दिया-दुर्गापुर एलपीजी पाइपलाइन का संबर्धन तथा पटना और मुजफ्फरपुर तक इसका विस्तार' परियोजना के अन्तर्गत पेट्रोलियम पदार्थो के परिवहन हेतु बिहार राज्य के बेगूसराय जिले के अंचल- बरौनी, भगवानपुर, मंसुर चक में इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन बिछाई जानी चाहिए;

और के न्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाई जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे वर्णित है, उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए ;

अतः अब, के न्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइंस (भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है।

कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको, भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, इक्कीस दिन के अन्दर, भूमि के भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाये जाने हेतु उपयोग के अधिकार के अर्जन के लिए, श्री भुवनेश्वर मिश्रा, से॰ नि॰ अपर सचिव बिहार सरकार व सक्षम प्राधिकार, इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (पाइपलाइंस डिविजन), बरौनी निर्माण कार्यालय, 3686 GI/2021

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th June, 2021

S.O. 2680(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that a pipeline should be laid by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Anchals- Barauni, Bhagawanpur and Mansur chak of Begusarai district in the State of Bihar for 'Augmentation of Paradip- Haldia-Durgapur LPG pipeline and its extension upto Patna and Muzaffarpur' for the transportation of LPG Product;

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri. Bhubneshwar Mishra, Additional Secretary (Retd.), Govt. of Bihar & Competent Authority, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Pipeline Division Barauni Construction Office, BKPL Head Quarter, Post- Barauni Oil Refinery, District – Begusarai, Bihar – 851114.
