का.आ. 2682(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, NH-167 (पूर्ववर्ती SH-18) पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का निर्माण (दो/चार-लेन आरओबी आदि को चौड़ा करना) रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन उन्नयन हेतु तेलंगाना राज्य में महबूबनगर जिले में NH-167 जड़चेर्ला- कलवाकु रति खंड के 17+000 किलोमीटर से 18+000 किलोमीटर के जड़चेर्ला टाउन में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है|3688 GI/2021 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची तेलंगाना राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-167 के जड़चेर्ला-कलवाकु रति खंड के किमी 17+000 से किमी 18+000 तक के जड़चेर्ला टाउन में "4 लेन आरओबी के निर्माण/पुननिर्माण" के कार्य के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd July, 2021

S.O. 2682(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening two/four-laning ROB, etc.) maintenance, Management and operation of the National Highway on NH-167(Erstwhile SH-18) in Jadcherla Town from Km. 17+000 to Km. 18+000 of Jadcherla-Kalwakurthy section of NH-167 in Mahabubnagar District in the State of Telangana.
