का.आ. 2696(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, धातुमय खान विनियम, 1961 के विनियम 11 के उप-विनियम (1), (2), (3) और (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii), 8 अक्तू बर 2020 में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, की अधिसूचना सं॰ का॰आ॰ 3487(अ). तारीख 8 अक्तू बर 2020, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्यांक 5 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
"5. डॉ श्रीपद रामचंद्र नायक, — सदस्य
वैज्ञानिक और विभागाध्यक्ष,
न्यूमेरिकल मोडेल्लिग विभाग,
राष्ट्रीय शीला यान्त्रिकी संस्थान,
बेंगलुरु - 560070" 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त सदस्य उक्त बोर्ड के कार्यकाल के शेष भाग के लिए पद धारण करेंगे, जो 8 अक्तू बर 2020 को गठित किया गया था। [फा.सं. एस-66012/1/2004-आई.एस.एच-II]

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th July, 2021
S.O. 2696(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulations (1), (2), (3) and (4) of regulation 11 of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 3487(E)., dated the 8th October, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 8th October 2020, namely:-
In the said Notification, for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"5. Dr. Sripad Ramachandra Naik, — Member Scientist and Head, Numerical Modelling Department,
National Institute of Rock Mechanics,
Bengaluru- 560070"
The said member shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the said Board which was constituted on the 8th October, 2020.
