का.आ. 2707(अ).—कलाक्षेत्र प्रतिष्ठान अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा-11 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2021, की सं. का.आ. 1939 (अ) द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः—
उक्त अधिसूचना में, "धारा 11 (ख) के तहत नामित सदस्यः "शीर्षक के अनुच्छेद 1 में"
i.पद्धक्रमांक ट और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः-
"V. श्री.पी.टी. नरेंद्रन"
2. इस अधिसूचना के अनुच्छेद 1 के तहत नामित सदस्य का कार्यकाल उस सदस्य की शेष बचे हुए कार्यकाल की अवधि तक रहेगा, जिनके स्थान पर उनको नामित किया गया है।

New Delhi, the 5th July, 2021
S.O. 2707(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Kalakshetra Foundation Act, 1993, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Culture published in the Gazette of India vide No. S.O. 1939(E). dated 5thApril, 2021, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 1, below the heading "Members Nominated Under Section 11 (b):"
(i) for serial number V and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"V. Shri.P.T. Narendran"
2. The member nominated under paragraph 1 of this notification shall hold office for the remainder of the term of office of the member in whose place he is so nominated.
