का.आ. 2724(अ).—राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 4026 (अ), तारीख 20 अगस्त, 2018 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रमश: स्तंभ (1), (2), (3) एवं (4) के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों का विलोपन किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

New Delhi, the 7th July, 2021
S.O. 2724(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O 4026 (E), dated the 20th August, 2018, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, the following entries, under columns number (1), (2), (3) and (4) respectively shall be omitted:-

का.आ. 2725(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा निदेश देती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न तालिका के कॉलम (2) में वणित प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से संबंधित कार्यों का निष्पादन करने के संबंध में कार्य प्रत्येक राजमार्ग के सामने तालिका के कॉलम (3) में विनिदिष्ट राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस शर्त के अध्यधीन पूरे किए जाएंगे कि संबंधित राज्य सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन वतर्मान में लागू नियमों का अनुपालन करने के लिए ऐसे कार्यों को करने के लिए बाध्य होंगी और उस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अगस्त, 2005 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, नामत:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 30 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:-

S.O. 2725(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 30 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
