का.आ. 2741.—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में यथा-विनिदिष्ट NH354 के किमी 0 से किमी 6.406 तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में भीखीविंड बाईपास के विकास के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण अनुरक्षण,प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

New Delhi, the 8th July, 2021
S.O. 2741(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 6.406 of the NH354 for Development of Bhikhiwind Bypass from Design Chainage KM- 0+000 (Existing Km.- 46.100 of NH-354) to Design Ch. Km.- 6.40 (Existing KM- 51.640 of NH-354)
