का.आ. 2746(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i), तारीख 27 फरवरी, 1971 में सा.का.नि. संख्याक 301(अ) तारीख 1 मार्च 1971 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृ षि, समुदाय विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय (कृ षि विभाग) की अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-- उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. (xv) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :--
इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की "(xv) डा. एच.एस. रेहान
कालावधि के लिए।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th June, 2021
S.O. 2746(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Agriculture), dated the 27th February, 1971 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section-3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 301 (E), dated the 1st March, 1971, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number (xv) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(xv) Dr. H.S.Rehan,
For a period of three years from the date of
publication of this notification." Director, Professor and Head of Department Pharmacology, Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi.
