नई दिल्ली, 12 जुलाई, 2021
का.आ. 2780(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1533(अ), तारीख 14 सितंबर, 2006 के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ।।, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में संख्यांक का.आ. 3170(अ) तारीख 29 जून, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है। उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
(क) पैरा 2 के बाद, निम्नलिखित पैरा निविष्ट किया जाएगा, अर्थात् : -
''2 क. पैरा 2 में निहित किसी बात के होते हुए भी, प्राधिकरण, छत्तीसगढ़ के अध्यक्ष और सदस्य 28 सितंबर, 2021 तक की अवधि तक या नए प्राधिकरण, छत्तीसगढ़ के पुन. गठन होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, कार्यभार संभालेंगे।'';
(ख) पैरा 6 के बाद, निम्नलिखित पैरा निविष्ट किया जाएगा, अर्थात् : -
''6क. पैरा 6 में निहित किसी बात के होते हुए भी, राज्य स्तरीय विशेष्ञ मूल्यांकन समिति, छत्तीसगढ़ के अध्यक्ष और सदस्य 28 सितंबर, 2021 तक की अवधि तक या नए राज्य स्तरीय विशेष्ञ मूल्यांकन समिति, छत्तीसगढ़ के पुन: गठन होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, कार्यभार संभालेंगे।'' 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना, भारत सरकार के राजपत्र, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में संख्यांक का.आ. 3170(अ) दिनांक 29 जून, 2019 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी।
MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th July, 2021
S.O. 2780(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), vide number SO 3170(E), dated the 29th June, 2018, namely:-
In the said notification, -
(a) after paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: -
"2 A. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the Chairman and members of the Authority, Chhattisgarh shall hold office for a term up to the 28th September, 2021 or till the re- constitution of the new Authority, Chhattisgarh, whichever is earlier.";
(b) after paragraph 6, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: -
"6 A. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 6, the Chairman and members of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Chhattisgarh shall hold office for a term up to the 28th September, 2021 or till the re-constitution of the new State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Chhattisgarh, whichever is earlier.".
