का.आ. 2818(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार संयुक्त राष्ट्र (सुरक्षा परिषद्) अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का 43) की धारा 2 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इराक आदेश, 2016 संबंधी संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद् संकल्प के कार्यान्वयन में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
(1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम इराक (संशोधन) आदेश, 2021 संबंधी संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद् संकल्प है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को लागू होगा।
2. इराक आदेश, 2016 संबंधी संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद् संकल्प के कार्यान्वयन की, अनुसूची के , उपाबंध 2 में,- (क) शीर्षक "कः वैयक्तिक" के अधीन प्रविष्टि आईक्यूआई.031, आईक्यूआई.033 और प्रविष्टि आईक्यूआई.035 का लोप किया जाएगा;
(ख) शीर्षक "खः अस्तित्व एवं अन्य समूह" के अधीन प्रविष्टि ख आईक्यूई. 003, आईक्यूई. 032, आईक्यूई. 086, आईक्यूई. 100, आईक्यूई. 111, आईक्यूई. 125, आईक्यूई. 144 आईक्यूई. 167 आईक्यूई.170 आईक्यूई. 177 आईक्यूई. 184 और प्रविष्टि आईक्यूई.192 का लोप किया जाएगा। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] टिप्पणः मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग II खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में अधिसूचना का.आ. संख्या 2272(अ) तारीख 30 जून, 2016 को प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2868 तारीख 8 अगस्त, 2019 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th July, 2021
S.O. 2818(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq Order, 2016, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq (Amendment) Order, 2021.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, in the Schedule, in Annexure 2,-
(a) under the heading "A: Individuals", entries IQi.031, IQi.033 and IQi.035 shall be omitted;
(b) under the heading "B. Entities and other groups", entries IQe.003, IQe.032, IQe.086, IQe.100, IQe.111, IQe.125, IQe.144, IQe.167, IQe.170, IQe.177, IQe.184 and entry IQe.192 shall be omitted.
