का.आ. 2807(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 24 की उप धारा (1) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, उक्त अधिनियम की पहली अनुसूची के भाग ख में विनिदिष्ट खनिजों के संबंध में, उस उप-धारा में विनिदिष्ट सभी या कु छ अधिकारों का प्रयोग करने के लिए परमाणु खनिज अन्वेषण और अनुसंधान निदेशालय (एएमडी) के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को, उक्त उपधारा में विनिदिष्ट प्रयोजनों के लिए, प्राधिकृ त करती है, अर्थात् :-
1. अध्यक्ष, खनन विनियामक समूह।
2. प्रभारी, खनन विनियामक समूह ।
3. निदेशक, एएमडी द्वारा समय-समय पर नामित प्रभारी अन्वेषण।
4. तकनीकी अधिकारी (खनन)।

New Delhi, the 12th July, 2021
S.O. 2807(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 24 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby authorises, for the purposes specified in the said sub-section, the following officers of the Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMD) to exercise all or any of the powers specified in that sub-section, in respect of minerals specified in Part B of the First Schedule to the said Act, namely: —
1. Head, Mining Regulatory Group.
2. In-charge, Mining Regulatory Group.
3. In-charge, Exploration nominated by the Director, AMD from time to time.
4. Technical Officer (Mining).
