का.आ. 2823(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के प्रथम पंरतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) तारीख 9 अक्तू बर, 2019 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3628 (अ) तारीख 27 सितम्बर, 2019 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्रम सं. 1 के सामने स्तंभ (2) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
"श्री अंजनी कु मार,
कार्यकारी निदेशक (संकर्म),
भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र,
भिलाई - 490001 छत्तीसगढ़" ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th July, 2021
S.O. 2823(E).— In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 3628 (E), dated the 27th September, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th October, 2019, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 1, for the entries under columns (2), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
―Shri Anjani Kumar,
Executive Director (Works),
Bhilai Steel Plant,
Bhilai – 490001, Chhattisgarh‖.

Note:-The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th October, 2019 vide number S.O. 3628(E), dated the 27th September, 2019 and subsequently amended vide numbers S.O. 1558(E), dated the 21st May, 2020 and vide numbers S.O. 837(E), dated the 23rd February, 2021.
