का.आ. 2822(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के प्रथम पंरतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) तारीख 1 दिसम्बर, 2015 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3220 (अ) तारीख 19 नवम्बर, 2015 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्रम सं. 4 के सामने स्तंभ (2) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
"श्री समीर स्वरुप,
कार्यकारी निदेशक (कामिक और प्रशासन),
बोकारो इस्पात संयंत्र,
बोकारो इस्पात सिटी,
जिला – बोकारो झारखंड" ।
[फा. सं. 8(52)/2015-सेल-पीसी] 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] पाद टिप्पण:- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में. का.आ. सं. 3220(अ), तारीख 1 दिसम्बर, 2015 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमें पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन सं. का.आ. 1701 (अ), तारीख 11 मई, 2016, का.आ. 2477 (अ), तारीख 29 जुलाई, 2020, का.आ. 124 (अ), तारीख 13 जनवरी, 2017, का.आ. 1958 (अ), तारीख 13 जून, 2019 तथा का.आ. 3719 (अ), तारीख 20 अक्तू बर, 2020 द्वारा किए गए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th July, 2021
S.O. 2822(E).— In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 3220 (E), dated the 19th November, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 1st December, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry under column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Shri Samir Swarup,
Executive Director (Personnel and Administration),
Bokaro Steel Plant,
Bokaro Steel City,
District: Bokaro Jharkhand".
