का.आ. 2821(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के पहले परंतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में और भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3721(अ), तारीख 20 अक्तूबर, 2019 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अतिक्मण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, श्री डी. पी. सिह, उप महाप्रबंधक, इस्पात प्रसंस्करण इकाई, कं दरोई को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए, सेल प्रसंस्करण इकाई, कं दरोई, तहसील इंदोरा, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश, पिन-176402, रजिस्ट्रीकरण सं. एलएंडई (एफएसी) 9-2017273-2256 के मामलों का प्रबंध करने के लिए "अधिष्ठाता" नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi, the 13th July, 2021
S.O. 2821(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 3721 (E), dated the 20th October, 2020, published in the Gazette of India. Part II. Section 3, Sub- section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri D.P. Singh, Deputy General Manager Steel Processing Unit, Kandrori as "Occupier" to manage the affairs of the SAIL Processing Unit, Village Kandrori, Tehsil Indora, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, Pin- 176402, Registration No. L&E (FAC) 9-2017273-2256, for the purposes of the said Act.
