का.आ.2828(अ).—कें द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा, वास्तुकला परिषद नियमावली, 1973 के नियम 35 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित वास्तुकला अधिनियम, 1972, (1972 का 20) की धारा 44 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ज) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 28 नवंबर, 2016 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित, मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 25 नवंबर, 2016 की संख्या का.आ. 3570(अ) की अधिसूचना में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रमांक 1 और इससे संबन्धित प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"1. श्री अमोघ कु मार गुप्ता - वास्तुकला परिषद द्वारा इसके सदस्यों में से चयनित ।"
[फा. सं. 4-29/2010-टीएस.VI] 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] नोट: - मूल अधिसूचना दिनांक 10 जुलाई, 2013 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग- II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में संख्या का. आ. 2115 (अ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसके बाद इसे दिनांक 26 फरवरी, 2014 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 664 (अ), दिनांक 30 अक्टूबर, 2015 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2980(अ), दिनांक 06 मई, 2016 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.1681(अ), दिनांक 25 नवम्बर, 2016 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.3570(अ), दिनांक 30 मार्च, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.1014(अ), दिनांक 03 अगस्त, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2493(अ), दिनांक 29 अक्टूबर, 2018 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5564(अ), दिनांक 12 फरवरी, 2019 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.866(अ), और दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर, 2020 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.3849(अ) द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th July, 2021
S.O. 2828(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 44 of the Architects Act, 1972, (20 of 1972) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 35 of the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development number S.O. 3570(E), dated the 25th November, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 28th November, 2016, namely:-
2. In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"1. Shri Amogh Kumar Gupta – Elected by Council of Architecture from amongst its members."
