का.आ. 2848(अ).—जबकि, कें द्र सरकार ने दिल्ली के मास्टर प्लान-2021/जोन 'ओ' की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के संबंध में कु छ संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव किया है, जिन्हें दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिनांक 03.09.2019 की सार्वजनिक सूचना सं.

एस.ओ. 3169 (ई) के रूप में भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाशित किया गया था जिसमें उक्त नोटिस के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिनों के अंदर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (3) के अनुसार अपेक्षित आपत्तियां/सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे।

2. जबकि, प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में कोई आपत्ति/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं।

3. जबकि, कें द्र सरकार ने इस मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर सावधानीपूर्वक विचार करने के बाद, दिल्ली के मास्टर प्लान- 2021/जोन-ओ की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है।

4. इसलिए, अब, कें द्र सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11-ए की उप-धारा (2) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करतेहुए, एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली के उक्त मास्टर प्लान-2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है। ये संशोधन इस अधिसूचना के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे। 3915 GI/2021 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] संशोधन: जोन-ओ में आने वाली भूमि के निम्नलिखित भू-क्षेत्र के उपयोग को परिवर्तित किया गया है, जिसका विवरण निम्नानुसार है:

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th July, 2021

S.O. 2848(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi-2021 /Zonal Development Plan of Zone 'O' regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide No. S.O. 3169(E) dated 03.09.2019 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by sub-section (3) of Section 11-A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.

2. Whereas, no objections / suggestions have been received with regard to the proposed modification.

3. Whereas, the Central Government have after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone-O.

4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred undeer sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi–2021 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.

Modifications:

The land use of the following area of land falling in Zone-O is changed as per description listed below:
