का.आ. 2847(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय दूर-संचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1997 (1997 का 24 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) और धारा 5 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, डॉ. पी. डी.
वाघेला को भारतीय दूर-संचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष के रुप में, उस तारीख से, जिसको वह अपना पद धारण करते हैं, तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनके पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने तक या अग्रिम आदेश तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो, नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd March, 2021
S.O. 2847(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby appoint Dr. P. D. Vaghela, as the Chairperson of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, for a term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
