का.आ. 2872(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खंड (1) के अनुसरण में निर्देश देते हैं कि वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 (1995 का 43) के अधीन राज्य सरकार की शक्तियां और कृ त्य राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अधीन होंगी और अगले आदेश होने तक उनका प्रयोग जम्मू-कश्मीर संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के राज्यक्षेत्र में उप राज्यपाल द्वारा किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th July, 2021
S.O. 2872(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the powers and functions of the State Government under the Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995) shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, be exercised by the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir within that territory.
