का.आ. 2878 (अ).—जबकि के न्द्रीय सरकार ने दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विचारण न्यायालय में राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण द्वारा शुरू किए गए मामलों, छत्तीसगढ़ के भू-भागों में विधि द्वारा स्थापित पुनरीक्षण अथवा अपीलीय न्यायालयों में उक्त मामलों से सम्बंधित अपीलों, पुनरीक्षणों अथवा अन्य विषयों को संचालित करने हेतु, श्री किशोर भदुरिया की विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्ति को अधिसूचित किया था जो दिनांक 25 मई , 2015 के का.आ.
1390 (अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र,असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित हुआ था;
और जबकि, श्री किशोर भदुरिया ने अपना इस्तीफ़ा दे दिया है, इसलिए के न्द्रीय सरकार ने श्री किशोर भदुरिया की नियुक्ति को समाप्त करने का निर्णय किया है;
अत:, अब के न्द्रीय सरकार श्री किशोर भदुरिया की विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्ति को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th July, 2021
S.O.2878(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government had notified Shri Kishore Bhaduria, as Special Public Prosecutor, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1390 (E), dated the 25th May, 2015 for conducting the cases instituted by the National Investigation Agency in the trial courts, appeals, revisions or other matters arising out of the case in revisional or appellate courts established by law in the territory of the State of Chhattisarh;
And whereas, since Shri Kishore Bhaduria has tendered his resignation, the Central Government has decided to discontinue the engagement of Shri Kishore Bhaduria;
Now, therefore, the Central Government terminates the appointment of Shri Kishore Bhaduria, as Special Public Prosecutor with immediate effect.
