का.आ. 2891(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण अधिनिमय, 1997 (1997 का 24) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) और धारा 5 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्रीमती मीनाक्षी गुप्ता को, उस तारीख से, जिसको वह अपना पद ग्रहण करती है, से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनके द्वारा पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त किए जाने तक या अगले आदेश होने तक, इनमे से जो भी पूर्वत्तर हो, भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप मे नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi, the 16th July, 2021
S.O. 2891(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Meenakshi Gupta, as Whole-time Member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, for a term of three years from the date on which she enters upon her office or until she attains the age of sixty-five years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
