का.आ. 2916(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम, 1995 के नियम 3 और नियम 7 के साथ पठित विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का 39) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खंड (ग) के अनुसरण में, भारत के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति के परामर्श से कें द्रीय प्राधिकरण के लिए निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में का.आ.
संख्यांक 582(अ), तारीख 13 अगस्त, 1997 द्वारा प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय, विधि कार्य विभाग की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :--
उक्त अधिसूचना में,--
(i) क्रम संख्यांक 5 और 6 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :--

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2021
S.O. 2916(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) and clause (c) of sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), read with rule 3 and rule 7 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, nominates the following Members for the Central Authority and for that purpose hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), vide number S.O. 582 (E), dated the 13th August 1997, namely :-
In the said notification,-
(i) for serial numbers 5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"5. Hon'ble Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar, Chief Justice, Orissa High Court
