का.आ. 2919(अ).—नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियम, 1981 का नियम 4 के साथ पठित नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम 1979 (1979 का 5) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्रीय सरकार, एतद्दवारा नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोच्चि के सदस्य के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को शासकीय राजपत्र में यह अधिसूचना प्रकाशित होने की तारिख को और उससे लेकर तीन वर्ष से अधिक न होने वाली अवधि के लिए या संबंधित सदस्य उन्हें ऐसे नियुक्त श्रेणी या हित का प्रतिनिधित्व करना बंद करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करती है और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग- II, खंड-3, उप-खंड-(ii) में सं. का. आ. 21 (अ), दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 1981 के तहत प्रकाशित तत्कालीन कृ षि मंत्रालय (कृ षि एवं सहकारिता विभाग) में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, 'धारा 4 की उप-धारा (4) के अनुच्छेद (छ) के अंतर्गत नियुक्त' के शीर्ष के अधीन क्रम संख्या 8 के लिए और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को रखा जाए अर्थात:-
| "8. कृ षि उत्पादन आयुक्त और प्रधान सचिव, क ृ षि विभाग तमिलनाडु सरकार चैन्नई –600009 | तमिलनाडु सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए | सदस्य" |
[फा.सं. 4-25/2017- एमआईडीएच(सीडीबी)] 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] नोट: नारियल विकास बोर्ड के गठन संबंधी मुख्य अधिसूचना का.आ. 21(अ), दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 1981 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग- II, खंड-3, उप-खंड-(ii) में प्रकाशित किया गया था तथा अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 4202(अ) दिनांक 16 नवम्बर, 2019 के अनुसार किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th May, 2021
S.O. 2919(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules, 1981, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as member of the Coconut Development Board, Kochi, for a period not exceeding three years, on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, or till the concerned member ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed, whichever is earlier, and for the said purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part – II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii), vide number S.O. 21(E), dated the 12th January, 1981, namely:-
In the said notification, under the heading "Appointed under clause (g) of sub-section (4) of section 4", for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
| "8. | Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, Chennai- 600009 | To represent the Government of State of Tamil Nadu | Member". |
