सा.का.नि. 507(अ).— स्वापक औषधि और मन:प्रभावी पदार्थ अवैध व्यापार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 46) की धारा 9 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) सा.का.नि. 193(अ.) दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2021 की भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, सिवाय ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किए गए या लोप किए जाने वाले कार्यों के अलावा, के न्द्र सरकार, एतदद्वारा, दिनांक 22.3.2022 तक की अवधि के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से एक सलाहकार बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करती है, जिसमें निम्नलिखित शामिल हैं:-
(i) माननीय श्री जस्टिस डी.एन. पटेल, मुख्य न्यायमूति : अध्यक्ष
(ii) माननीय श्री जस्टिस सी. हरिशंकर : सदस्य
(iii) माननीय सुश्री जस्टिस ज्योति सिह : सदस्य

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th July, 2021
G.S.R. 507(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) G.S.R. No. 193 (E) dated 16th March, 2021 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board with immediate effect for a period upto 22.3.2022, consisting of :
(i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.N. Patel, Chief Justice : Chairperson
(ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar : Member
(`iii) Hon'ble Ms. Justice Jyoti Singh : Member
