का.आ. 2945(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 689 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामत:-
उक्त अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 236 और 348 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:-

राजेश गुप्ता, निदेशक पाद टिप्पण: राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) और तत्संबंधी अनुसूची, भारत के राजपत्र दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 में अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 689 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की गई थी और पिछली बार संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2895(अ), दिनांकित 20 जुलाई, 2021 द्वारा किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th July, 2021
S.O. 2945(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E) dated the 4th April, 2011, namely:—
In the Schedule, for serial number 236 & 348 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:—

| 348 | 329A | The highway starting from its junction with NH No-329 near Diphu in the state of Assam connecting Pimla junction and terminating at Mhainamtsi on NH-129A in the state of Nagaland. |
