का.आ. 2990(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में नीचे दी गई अनूसूची के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित प्राधिकारी को उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र की बाबत, जीएसपीएल इंडिया गैसनेट लिमिटेड (जीआइजीएल) के मेहसाणा-भटिण्डा नेचूरल गैस पाइपलाइन परियोजना के अंतर्गत उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है अर्थात:-

New Delhi, the 16th July, 2021
S.O. 2990(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorizes the authority mentioned in Column (1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority for GSPL India Gasnet Limited (GIGL)'s Mehsana - Bhatinda Natural Gas Pipeline Project under the said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule namely:-
