का.आ. 2991(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 कि उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र सं. 3970 भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) तारीख 10 दिसंबर, 2019 में पृष्ठ 2-5,10 व पृष्ठ 17, 21 तक प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 4415(अ) तारीख 5 दिसंबर 2019 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-

S.O. 2991(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, number S.O. 4415(E) dated 5th December 2019, published at pages 2-5, 10 & 17, 21 in Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India No. 3970, dated 10th December 2019, namely:-
