का.आ. 3064(अ).—इस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का.आ. 1663 (अ) दिनांक 20 अप्रैल, 2021 के क्रम में, एनसीएलएटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष के रूप में न्यायमूर्ति (सेवानिवृत्त), श्री ए.आई.एस. चीमा, सदस्य (न्यायिक) की सेवावधि को 20.09.2021 तक (अर्थात् 67 वर्ष की आयु पूरी होने पर उनके कार्यकाल की समाप्ति की तारीख) या एनसीएलएटी के नियमित अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति तक या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, तक बढ़ाया जाता है।

New Delhi, the 30th July, 2021
S.O. 3064(E).—In continuation of this Ministry's notifications S.O. 1663(E) dated 20th April, 2021, the term of office of Justice (Retd.) Shri A.I.S. Cheema, Member (Judicial) as officiating Chairperson, NCLAT is extended upto 20.09.2021 (i.e. his tenure ending date as completion of the age of 67 years.), or till the appointment of regular Chairperson in NCLAT, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
