का.आ. 3082(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 2 की उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 689 (अ), तारीख 4 अप्रैल, 2011 के माध्यम से भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग-।।, खंड-3 उप खंड-(ii) में प्रकाशित सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
इस अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 515 और 517 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

| 517 | 116ए | खड़गपुर के पास रारा-16 के साथ अपने जंक्शन से शुरू होने वाला और के शपुर, च ंद्रकोना, जयरामबती, बोवाईचंदी, बधर्मान, खाना जंक्शन, मंगलकोट, खारग्राम, नागर, नाकपुर को जोड़ने वाला और पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में मोरग्राम के पास रारा- 12 के साथ अपने जंक्शन पर समाप्त होने वाला राजमार्ग। |

689 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की गई थी और इसके बाद अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2980 (अ), दिनांकित 28 जुलाई, 2021 द्वारा इसमें संशोधन किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July, 2021
S.O. 3082(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E) dated the 4 th April, 2011, namely:-
In the Schedule, for serial number 515 & 517 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-
