का.आ. 3093(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, "वर्धा- नांदेड़ (वाया येवतमाल-पुसूद)" परियोजना को भूमि अधिग्रहण के हेतु वर्धा, यवतमाल, वसीम, हिंगोली और नांदेड़ जिला में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु, महाराष्ट्र राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
