का.आ. 3116(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में, निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसमें ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतविष्ट है, जो पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य से राज्य सभा के स्थान को, जो श्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी की, अपनी पदावधि जो 2 अप्रैल, 2026 तक थी और जिसके अंतर्गत वह तारीख भी है, के अवसान से पूर्व त्यागपत्र देने के कारण 12 फरवरी, 2021 को रिक्त हो गया था, भरने के लिए, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है:--

पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए उप-निर्वाचन। ''निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के नियम 11 के उपनियम (1) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 53 की उपधारा (2) में अंतविष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि—
