का.आ. 3141(अ).–विदेशी विषयक आदेश, 1948 के पैराग्राफ 2 के उप-खंड(2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक और विदेशी पंजीकरण अधिकारी, जिला जलपाइगुड़ी, पश्चिम बंगाल द्वारा जारी दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या 7501 (09)/95-63 के अधिक्रमण में, के न्द्रीय सरकार एतदद्वारा वरिष्ठ आप्रवासन अधिकारी, आप्रवासन ब्यूरो, जयगांव को, उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनार्थ, जयगांव, जिला अलीपुरद्वार, पश्चिम बंगाल स्थित भू आप्रवासन जांच चौकी के लिए दिनांक 05.08.2021 से "सिविल प्राधिकारी" नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th August, 2021
S.O. 3141(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (2) of paragraph 2 of the Foreigners Order, 1948 and in supersession of the Notification No.7501(9)/95-63 dated 28th October, 2009 issued by the District Superintendent of Police and Foreigners Registration Officer, Jalpaiguri District, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, the Central Government hereby appoints the Senior Immigration Officer, Bureau of Immigration, Jaigaon as the "Civil Authority" for the purposes of the said Order for the Land Immigration Check Post located at Jaigaon, District Alipurduar of West Bengal with effect from 05.08.2021.
