फा. सं. बीएस/11/11/2021.—ब्यूरो, के न्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 12 और 13 के साथ पठित धारा 39 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, एततद्वारा भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता निर्धारण) विनियम, 2018 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:
1. (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता निर्धारण) (चौथा संशोधन) विनियम, 2021 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता निर्धारण) विनियम, 2018 में, अनुसूची –II में, स्कीम-I में,
क) पैराग्राफ 5 में, उप-पैराग्राफ (2) में "उपाबंध – I में यथानिदिष्ट" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "ब्यूरो द्वारा अधिसूचित" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
ख) उपाबंध – I का लोप किया जाएगा। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 3. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता निर्धारण) विनियम, 2018 में, अनुसूची-II में, स्कीम – I में, पैराग्राफ 5 के उप-पैराग्राफ (8) के प्रारंभ में निम्नलिखित शब्द अंत:स्थापित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्:- "आवेदक सत्यापन दौरा,"।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th August, 2021
F. No. BS/11/11/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 read with sections 12 and 13 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Bureau, with prior approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018, in Schedule – II, in Scheme - I,
(a) in paragraph 5, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words ―specified in the Annexure – I‖, the words ―notified by the Bureau‖ shall be substituted;
(b) Annexure – I shall be omitted.
3. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018, in Schedule-II, in Scheme-I, in paragraph 5, in sub-paragraph (8), after the word ‗during', the following words shall be inserted, namely:-
―the applicant verification visit,‖.
