सन्दर्भ : HQ-PUB012/1/2020-PUB-BIS (198).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो एतद् द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में नीचे दिए गए सन्दर्भ में भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो नियम, 1987 के नियम 7 के उपनियम (1) के खंड (ख) के अनुपालन में भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजानिक वितरण मंत्रालय, उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन कर्ता है:
आई एस 1374 : 2007 की स्थापना को अधिसूचित करने वाली अनुसूची में, संबंधित पंक्ति के कॉलम (5) में, मौजूदा के लिए '31 नवंबर 2021' को प्रतिस्थापित करें, जिससे आई एस 1374 : 1992 और आई एस 1374 : 2007 के एक साथ चलने की अवधि 31 नवंबर 2021 तक बढ़ जाए ।

Ref : HQ-PUB012/1/2020-PUB-BIS (198).—Bureau of Indian Standards hereby makes the following AMENDMENT to the NOTIFICATION of Government of India under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs) published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary in pursuance of clause (b) of subrule (1) of Rule 7 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 1987, of the Gazette of India:
In the schedule notifying the establishment of IS 1374 : 2007 (superseding IS 1374 : 1992), in column (5) of the respective row, substitute '31 November 2021' for the existing, thereby extending the concurrent running period of IS 1374 : 1992 & IS 1374 : 2007 up to 31 November 2021.

अंग्रेजी अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या (11) कॉलम (5) में – '1 month from the date of CA's approval' को '31 March 2021' से प्रतिस्थापित करें ।
हिदी अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या (11), कॉलम (5) में – '30 जून 2021' को '31 मार्च 2022' से प्रतिस्थापित करें ।

संदर्भ: HQ-PUB013/1/2020-PUB-BIS (200).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो नियम, 2018 के नियम 15 के उपनियम (1) के अनुसरण में भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो एतद् द्वारा अधिसूचित करता है की जिन भारतीय मानकों के विवरण इसमें संलग्न अनूसूची के द्वितीय स्तंभ में दिये गये हैं, तीसरे स्तंभ में इंगित तिथि को स्थापित हो गये हैं। चौथे स्तंभ में दिये गये मानकों के विवरण, यदि कोई हो तो वे भी साथ-साथ लागू रहेंगे जब तक वे पाँचवें स्तंभ में इंगित तिथि को निरस्त न हो जायें।

Ref: HQ-PUB013/1/2020-PUB-BIS (200).—In pursuance of Sub-rule (1) of Rule (15) of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018, the Bureau of Indian Standards hereby notifies that Indian standards, particulars of which are given in the second column of the schedule hereto annexed have been established on the date indicated against it in third column. The particulars of the standards, if any which are given in the fourth column shall also remain in force concurrently till they are withdrawn on the date indicated against them in the fifth column.
