का. आ. 2056(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008, की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, आणंद गोधरा दोहरीकरण परियोजना (78.80 कि.मी.) को भूमि अधिग्रहण के हेतु लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु गुजरात राज्य में रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।
