का.आ. 2064(अ).—राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 घ की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अभ्यास में, एक अधिसूचना का. आ. 577 (अ). दिनांक 11.02.2022 को सरकारी राजपत्र में और हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स (अंग्रेज़ी) और दैनिक भास्कर (हिन्दी) में दिनांक 16.02.2022 को प्रकाशित किया गया था। भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर, कें द्रीय सरकार यहां निम्रलिखित संशोधन करती है ( उपयुक्त अधिसूचना में):

"के न्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2781 (ई) तारीख 12.07.2021, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी,..."

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th May, 2022

S.O. 2064(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), a notification bearing no. S.O. 577 (E) was published in the official gazette on 11.02.2022 and in newspapers "Hindustan Times" (English) and "Dainik Bhaskar" (Hindi) on 16.02.2022. Based upon the CALA report, the Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendment(s) in the above notification:

"Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. No.2781(E) dated 12.07.2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (herein after referred to as the said Act),... "

Shall be read as

"Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. No.2789(E) dated 12.07.2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (herein after referred to as the said Act),... "
