का.आ. 2074(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार सहायताप्राप्त जननीय प्रोद्योगिकी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 की धारा 6 और सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 की धारा 26 और 27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति के प्रयोग में एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि विधायिका के बिना प्रत्येक संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के संबंध में संघ राज्य क्षेत्र बोर्ड सहायताप्राप्त जननीय प्रोद्योगिकी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 और सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 के प्रयोजनों के लिए संबंधित संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के निम्नलिखित अधिकारी शामिल हैं: -
(क) उपराज्यपाल/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासक अध्यक्ष के रूप में, पदेन;
(ख) स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग के प्रभारी सचिव उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में, पदेन;
(ग) महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, समाज कल्याण, कानून और न्याय और गृह मामलों के विभाग के प्रभारी सचिव और आयुक्त या उनके नामित सदस्य के रूप में, पदेन;
(घ) राज्य सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण महानिदेशक सदस्य के रूप में, पदेन;
(ङ) एक अधिकारी जो संयुक्त सचिव के पद से नीचे का न हो, परिवार कल्याण का प्रभारी सदस्य-सचिव के रूप में, पदेन।

New Delhi, the 4th May, 2022
S.O. 2074(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by Section 6 of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and Sections 26 & 27 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, the Central Government hereby notifies that the UT Board in respect of each UT Without Legislature for the purposes of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 consists of the following functionaries of respective UT:-
(a) Lieutenant Governor/Administrator of UT as Chairperson, ex-officio;
(b) the Secretary in-charge of the Department of Health and Family Welfare as Vice-Chairperson, ex officio;
(c) Secretaries or Commissioners in-charge of the Departments of Women and Child Development, Social Welfare, Law and Justice and Home Affairs or their nominees as members, ex officio;
(d) Director-General of Health and Family Welfare of the State Government as member, ex officio;
(e) an officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary, in-charge of Family Welfare as Member- Secretary, ex officio.

का.आ. 2075(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, सहायताप्राप्त जननीय प्रोद्योगिकी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 की धारा 6 और सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 की धारा 26 और 27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति के प्रयोग में एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि विधायिका के साथ प्रत्येक संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के संबंध में संघ राज्य क्षेत्र बोर्ड सहायताप्राप्त जननीय प्रोद्योगिकी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 और सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2021 के प्रयोजनों के लिए संबंधित संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के निम्नलिखित अधिकारी शामिल हैं: -
(क) संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण के प्रभारी मंत्री अध्यक्ष के रूप में, पदेन;
(ख) स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग के प्रभारी सचिव उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में, पदेन;
(ग) महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, समाज कल्याण, कानून और न्याय और गृह मामलों के विभाग के प्रभारी सचिव और आयुक्त या उनके नामित सदस्य के रूप में, पदेन;
(घ) राज्य सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण महानिदेशक सदस्य के रूप में, पदेन;
(ङ) राज्य विधान सभा या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र विधान परिषद की तीन महिला सदस्य सदस्य के रूप में, पदेन (च) एक अधिकारी जो संघ राज्य क्षेत्र सरकार के परिवार कल्याण का प्रभारी संयुक्त सचिव के पद से नीचे का न हो सदस्य-सचिव के रूप में, पदेन।
