S.O. 2101(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act,1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, hereby makes following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways notification number S.O. 286 (E) dtd. 29.12.2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section dated on 20.01.2022 namely:-
For notification vide S.O. 286 (E) dtd. 29.12.2021: Earlier brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structures, for village (Deoband Baroon Hadood) Distt. Saharanpur (UP) falling within the proposed Special Railway Project of Deoband-Roorkee (New Line) in District Saharanpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh Sl.No. 3 & 6 may be treated as cancelled and correct details may be read as under:

का.आ. 2102(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20A की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 287(अ), तारीख 29.12.2021, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में तारीख 20.01.2022 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-

अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 287 (अ), तारीख 29.12.2021 के सम्बन्ध में : विशेष रेल परियोजना देवबंद-रूड़की नई रेल लाईन के निष्पादन के लिए गांव दीवालहेडी जिला सहारनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में अर्जित की जाने वाली भूमि का संक्षिप्त विवरण, जो कि रेल मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 287(अ), तारीख 29.12.2021 की अनुसूची के गांव दीवालहेडी के क्रमांक सं. 5, 6, एवं 7 को निरस्त किया जाता है और उक्त परियोजना के लिए गांव दीवालहेडी जिला सहारनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में अर्जित की जाने वाली भूमि का संशोधित का संक्षिप्त विवरण (अनुसूची के क्रमांक सं. 5, 6, एवं 7 पर) निम्न पढ़ा जाये :
