का.आ. 2137(अ).—पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतद् द्वारा, आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में मैसर्स गेल (इण्डिया) लिमिटेड की सभी प्राकृ तिक गैस पाइपलाइन परियोजनाओं के लिए पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत श्री ए.बी.वी.एस.बी. श्रीनिवास, विशेष उप-समाहर्ता (भूमि अधिग्रहण), आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार को, प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर, सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृ त करती है I
2. आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में मैसर्स गेल (इण्डिया) लिमिटेड के लिए दिनांक 07.10.2021 को भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 20.09.2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4116(अ) द्वारा पूर्व में अधिसूचित सक्षम प्राधिकारी, श्री एम. वेंकटेश्वर राव, विशेष उप-समाहर्ता (भूमि अधिग्रहण), आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार को निरस्त किया जाता है ।

New Delhi, the 5th May, 2022
S.O. 2137(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri A.B.V.S.B. Srinivas, Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Government of Andhra Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority on deputation basis under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for all Natural Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Earlier notified Competent Authority for M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Shri M. Venkateswara Rao, Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide S.O. 4116(E) dated 20.09.2021 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 07.10.2021 stands de-notified.
3. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
