फा. सं. 23/34/2022- संग्रहालय-I.—नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की प्रतिमा के प्रतिष्ठापन हेतु कार्य के सफल निष्पादन भारत सरकार द्वारा अधिकारप्राप्त समिति का गठन निम्नानुसार किया जाता है :—

संयुक्त सचिव, संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] 2. अधिकारप्राप्त समिति के विचारार्थ विषय निम्नानुसार होंगे :- i. यह समिति प्रतिमा के निर्माण और निर्धारित स्थान पर उनके प्रतिष्ठापन से संबंधित कार्य की निगरानी और पर्यवेक्षण करेगी। ii. यह समिति खोज और चयन पद्धति का प्रयोग करते हुए, ऐसे मूतिकार/मूतिकारों का चयन करेगी जो सहमत दृश्य एवं अन्य संगत मानदंडों के अनुरूप इस प्रतिमा को तैयार करेगी।
iii. यह समिति चयनित मूतिकार/मूतिकारों के परामर्श से प्रतिमा के निर्माण आदि के लिए समुचित माध्यम (ग्रेनाइट/पत्थर आदि) का चयन करेगी और प्रतिमा निर्माण के लिए उसे उपलब्ध कराने हेतु कदम उठाएगी।
iv. समिति द्वारा प्रासंगिक पाया जाने वाला कोई अन्य मुद्दा।

F. No. 23/34/2022-MUSEUM-I.—For successful execution of work for the installation of Statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, an Empowered Committee is constituted by the Government of India as under:—

2. The Term of Reference (ToR) of the Empowered Committee will be as under:-
i. The Committee will monitor and supervise the work relating to construction and installation of the statue at the designated spot.
ii. The Committee will, using a search and selection methodology, select the sculptor/ sculptors who will sculp the statue as per agreed visual and other relevant parameters.
iii. The Committee will select the appropriate medium (granite/ stone etc) for construction of the statue in consultation with the selected sculptor(s) and take steps to make it available for sculpting.
iv. Any other issue that the Committee considers relevant.
