सा.का.नि. 344(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 (1995 का 43 ) की धारा 12 की उपधारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्रीय वक्फ परिषद नियम, 1998 में संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित और नियम बनाती है अर्थात्: -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कें द्रीय वक्फ परिषद (संशोधन) नियम, 2022 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. कें द्रीय वक्फ परिषद नियम, 1998 में,-
(क) नियम 15 के , उपनियम (1) में, -
(i) खंड (क) में, "5,00,000 रुपये (पांच लाख रुपए)" अक्षरों, अंकों, कोष्ठकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर ''10,00,000 रुपए (दस लाख रुपये)" अक्षर, अंक, कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ii) खंड (ख) में, "1,00,000 रुपये (एक लाख रुपए)" अक्षरों, अंकों, कोष्ठकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर ''2,00,000 रुपए (दो लाख रुपये)" अक्षर, अंक, कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(i) ''कें द्रीय वक्फ परिषद, नई दिल्ली'' में ''31 मार्च............... को समाप्त होने वाले वर्ष के लिए प्राप्ति एवं भुगतान लेखा ''शीर्ष के अधीन स्तंभ (3) में ''सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्ता एवं दैनिक भत्ता'' के अधीन, -
(क) खंड (ख) में, "योजना और सलाहकार समिति" शब्दों के स्थान पर "योजना और वित्त समिति" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) खंड (घ) में, "निगरानी समिति" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "निगरानी और सलाहकार समिति" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ii) ''कें द्रीय वक्फ परिषद, नई दिल्ली'' में, ''31 मार्च ................. को समाप्त होने वाले वर्ष के लिए आय और व्यय खाते'' शीर्षक के अधीन स्तंभ (1) में, ''परिषद के सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्ता/दैनिक भत्ता'', आदि शीर्षक के अधीन, -
(क) "योजना और सलाहकार समिति" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "योजना और वित्त समिति" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) "निगरानी समिति" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "निगरानी और सलाहकार समिति" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

श्रीनिवास दंडा, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण : मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में संख्या सा.का.नि. 593, तारीख 30 सितंबर, 1998 के द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और पश्चातवर्ती संशोधन संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 240 (अ) तारीख 22 मार्च, 2012, सा.का.नि. 693 (अ), तारीख 25 सितंबर, 2014 और सा.का.नि. 532 (अ), तारीख 2 जुलाई, 2015 द्वारा किए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th May, 2022
G.S.R. 344(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 12 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Waqf Council Rules, 1998, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Central Waqf Council (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Waqf Council Rules, 1998,-
(a) in rule 15, in sub-rule (1),-
(i) in clause (a), for the letters, figures, brackets and words "Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees five lakh )" the letters, figures, brackets and words "Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees ten lakh )" shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause (b), for the letters, figures, brackets and words "Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees one lakh)" the letters, figures, brackets and words "Rs. 2,00,000 (Rupees two lakh )" shall be substituted;
(b) in APPENDIX FORM,-
(i) in the "CENTRAL WAQF COUNCIL, NEW DELHI", under the heading "Receipt and Payment Accounts for the Year ending on 31st March…..", in column (3), under the heading " Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance to Members",-
(A) in clause (b), for the words "Planning and Advisory Committee", the words "Planning and Finance Committee" shall be substituted;

(B) in clause (d), for the words "Monitoring Committee", the words "Monitoring and Advisory Committee" shall be substituted;
(ii) in the "CENTRAL WAQF COUNCIL NEW DELHI", under the heading "Income and Expenditure Account for the year ending on 31st March……….", in column (1), under the heading "TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE / DAILY ALLOWANCE TO COUNCIL'S MEMBERS, ETC.",-
(A) for the words "Planning and Advisory Committee", the words "Planning and Finance Committee" shall be substituted;
(B) for the words "Monitoring Committee", the words " Monitoring and Advisory Committee" shall be substituted.
