का.आ. 2186(अ).—भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा संविधान के अनुच्छेद 338 के खंड (3) के तहत स्वयं में निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपने हस्ताक्षर एवं मोहर से 26 अप्रैल, 2022 को जारी किए गए नियुक्ति अधिपत्र के अनुसरण में श्री विजय साम्पला ने राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग (एनसीएससी) में 2 मई, 2022 से अध्यक्ष पद का कार्यभार संभाल लिया है।

S.O. 2186(E).—In pursuance of the Warrant of Appointment issued on the 26th April, 2022 by the President of India under his hand and seal by virtue of powers vested in him under Clause (3) of Article 338 of the Constitution, Shri Vijay Sampla has assumed charge of the post of Chairman in the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) with effect from the date 2nd May, 2022.
