—केन्द्रीय सरकार, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 31 की उप-धारा (5) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्‌वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग के दिनांक 25.06.2020 के सा. आ. 2175 (अ) की अधिसूचना में एतदद्वारा सीप्ज़ विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र प्राधिकरण में नए सदस्यों को सम्मिलित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः

उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं- 5 एवं 6 में प्रविष्टि जो निम्नलिखित हैंः

5.	श्री आशीष कोठारी, निदेशक, मैसर्स ज्वैलेक्स इंडिया प्राईवेट लिमिटेड, सीप्ज़ विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र ।
6.	श्री विजय गुजराती, निदेशक एवं सी.ओ.ओ., मैसर्स इ.ओ.एस. पावर इन्डिया लिमिटेड, सीप्ज़ विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र ।

को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-

5.	श्री आदिल के. कोतवाल, चेयरमैन/सीईओ, मैसर्स क्रिएशन्स ज्वैलरी एमएफजी प्राईवेट लिमिटेड, सीप्ज़ विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र ।
6.	श्री अभय दोषी, प्रबंध निदेशक, मैसर्स फाइन लाइन सर्किट्‌स लिमिटेड, सीप्ज़ विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र ।

S.O. 2205(E).—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.2175(E) dated 25.06.2020, for inclusion of new members in SEEPZ SEZ Authority, namely :

In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 5 and 6 which reads as under: -

5	Sh. Ashish Kothari,Director, M/s Jewelex India Pvt. Ltd, SEEPZ SEZ
6	Sh. Vijay Gujarathi, Director & COO , M/s EOS Power India Ltd. , SEEPZ SEZ

shall be substituted as under:

5	Sh. Adil K. Kotwal, Chairman/CEO , M/s. Creations Jewellery Mfg. Pvt. Ltd., SEEPZ SEZ
6	Sh. Abhay Doshi, Managing Director, M/s. Fine Line Circuits Ltd. , SEEPZ SEZ
