का.आ. 2234(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002(2002 का 35) की धारा 3, 4, 5, 6 और 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री मोहसिन रजा को राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 31 मार्च, 2025 तक की अवधि के लिए भारतीय हज समिति के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) दिनांक 01 अप्रैल, 2022 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1564 (अ), दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 2022, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:—

उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:—

''10. श्री मोहसिन रज़ा सदस्य

New Delhi, the 12th May, 2022

S.O. 2234(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002(35 of 2002), the Central Government, hereby notifies Shri Mohsin Raza as a member of Haj Committee of India for a period up to 31st March, 2025 with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose, makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs number S.O. 1564(E), dated the 1st April 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extra Ordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) dated 01st April, 2022, namely:—

In the said notification, for serial number 10 and entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"10. Shri Mohsin Raza Member

2/244, Vivekkhand, Rajiv Gandhi Ward-1,

Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh-226010"
