नई दिल्ली, 18 मई, 2022
का.आ. 2293(अ).— भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय में, भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-धारा (ii), अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 4830 (अ), तारीख 23 नवम्बर, 2021, मौजूदा अधिसूचना को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित तरीके से संशोधित किया जाएगा।
(i) अनुच्छेद 1 में, पंक्ति संख्या 3, "का. आ. 4240 (अ), तारीख 22 नवम्बर, 2019" शब्दों की जगह "का. आ. 873 (अ), तारीख 23 फरवरी, 2021 और " 3357 (अ), तारीख 17 अगस्त, 2021 शब्दों को डाला जाएगा। (ii) अनुच्छेद 2 में, पंक्ति संख्या 1 और 2 , "उपधारा (3) के अधीन "शब्दों के बाद तारीख "16 जनवरी 2020 को "सम्बाद" और "समाज" शब्दों कि जगह तारीख "21 अप्रैल,2021 को "ओरिशा पोस्ट" और "ओडिशा भास्कर" दोनों में" शब्दों को डाला जाएगा।
(iii) अनुच्छेद 6 में, अनुसूची के निचे ,पंक्ति संख्या1 में, " रायपुर विशाखापटनम " शब्दों के बाद" एन एच- 130 सी डी" शब्दों को डाला जाएगा।
भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-धारा (ii), मूल अधिसूचना चसंख्या का. आ. 4830 (अ), तारीख 23 नवम्बर, 2021 की बाकी सामग्री अपरिवतित रहेगी। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] नोट: मूल अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 4830 (अ), तारीख 23 नवम्बर, 2021, भारत के राजपत्र,असाधारण,भाग II, खण्ड 3,उप-धारा (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी। [फा. सं. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th May, 2022
S.O. 2293(E).— In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 4830(E), dated the 23rd November, 2021, the existing notification shall be amended in the following manner with immediate effect:
(i) In the paragraph 1, line no. 4, the words "S.O. No. 4240 (E) dated 22nd November 2019" shall be read as "S.O. No. 873(E) dated 23rd February 2021 and 3357 (E) 17th August 2021".
(ii) In the paragraph 2, line no. 1 and 2, after the words "published in", words "Sambad" and "Samaja" Newspaper both dated 16th January, 2020," shall be read "Orissa Post" and "Odisha Bhaskar" Newspaper both dated 21st April, 2021 .
(iii) In the paragraph 7, below SCHEDULE, in line no.2, after the word "Raipur Visakhapatnam", the word "NH-130 CD" shall be inserted.
The rest of the contents of the original Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification S.O. 4830(E) dated the 23rd November, 2021 shall remain unchanged.
