का.आ. 2300(अ).—भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय में, भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-धारा (ii), अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 4883 (अ), तारीख 23 नवम्बर, 2021, मौजूदा अधिसूचना को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित तरीके से संशोधित किया जाएगा। (i) अनुच्छेद 1 में, पंक्ति संख्या 3, "का. आ. 4243 (अ), तारीख 22 नवम्बर, 2019" शब्दों कि जगह "का. आ. 877 (अ), तारीख 23 फरवरी, 2021 और " 3355 (अ), तारीख 17 अगस्त, 2021 शब्दों को डाला जाएगा। (ii) अनुच्छेद 2 में, पंक्ति संख्या 1 और 2 , "उपधारा (3) के अधीन" शब्दों के बाद तारीख "17 जनवरी, 2020 को "प्रगतिबादी" और 16 जनवरी, 2020 को "प्रमेय" शब्दों कि जगह तारीख 14 अप्रैल, 2021 को "उड़ीसा पोस्ट" और "नितिदिन" दोनों में शब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

(iii) अनुच्छेद 6 में, अनुसूची के निचे ,पंक्ति संख्या1 में, " रायपुर विशाखापटनम " शब्दों के बाद" एन एच- 130 सी डी" शब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th May, 2022

S.O. 2300(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 4883(E), dated the 23rd November, 2021, the existing notification shall be amended in the following manner with immediate effect:

(i) In the paragraph 1, line no. 4, the words "S.O. No. 4243 (E) dated 22nd November, 2019" shall be read as "S.O. No. 877(E) dated 23rd February 2021 and 3355 (E) 17th August, 2021".

(ii) In the paragraph 2, line no. 1 and 2, after the words "published in", words "Pragatibadi news paper dated 17th January 2020 and "Prameya" newspaper dated 16th January 2020," shall be read as "Orissa post" & "Nitidina" both dated 14th April 2021.

(iii) In the paragraph 7, below SCHEDULE, in line no.2, after the word "Raipur Visakhapatnam", the word "NH-130 CD" shall be inserted.

The rest of the contents of the original Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification S.O. 4883(E) dated the 23rd November, 2021 shall remain unchanged.
