का.आ. 2317(अ).—सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2021 (2021 का 47) की धारा 54 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 12/05/2022 की अधिसूचना संख्या एच.11027/01/2022-एचआर के तहत सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 17 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ग) से 'पदेन' शब्द का लोप किया गया है।
तदनुसार, दिनांक 04/05/2022 की अधिसूचना संख्या यू.11019/03/2022-एचआर के उप-पैरा (सी) में "पदेन" शब्द का लोप किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th May, 2022
S.O. 2317(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 54 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021(47 of 2021), the word „ex officio" has been omitted from clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 vide Notification No. H.11027/01/2022-HR dated 12/05/2022.
Accordingly, the word "ex officio" in sub-para (c) of Notification No. U.11019/03/2022-HR dated 04/05/2022 stands omitted.
