सा.का.नि. 370(अ).—महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 के खंड 3 के उप-खंड 1(च) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी पत्तन प्राधिकरण के बोर्ड में महापत्तन प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों के हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है:-

2. बोर्ड के सदस्यों की नियुक्ति, महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 के प्रावधानों के अध्यधीन होगी। यह नियुक्ति, महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 के अंतर्गत नियमों को अंतिम रूप दिए जाने तक, अथवा चेक-ऑफ की वैधता तिथि तक, अथवा सदस्यों के द्वारा अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, वैध है। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF PORTS, SHIPPING AND WATERWAYS (PHRD Division)
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th May, 2022
G.S.R. 370(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1(f) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons on the Board of Shyama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority as Members representing the interests of the employees of the Major Port Authority:-

2. The Appointment of Members of the Board shall be subject to the provisions of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021. The appointment is valid till the finalization of Rules under Major Port Authority Act, 2021, or till the date of validity of check-off, or until the attainment of age of superannuation of the Members, whichever is earliest.
