सा.का.नि. 366(अ).—महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 के खंड 3 के उप-खंड 1(ग)(i) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका में क्र.सं.1 के सामने उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन प्राधिकरण बोर्ड का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है:-

2. इस बोर्ड के सदस्य की नियुक्ति, महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 के प्रावधानों के अध्यधीन होगी तथा सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया व्यक्ति इस बोर्ड का सदस्य तब तक बना रहेगा, जब तक कि वह उक्त पद पर नियुक्त रहता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th May, 2022
G.S.R. 366(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1(c) (i) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, the Central Government hereby appoints the person mentioned against S. No. 1 in the table below, as Member of the Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority:-

2. The Appointment of Member of the Board shall be subject to the provisions of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and shall continue to be a Member of the Board so long as he continues to hold that office.
