का.आ. 2335(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) दुरा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए स्पेशल डिप्टी कलेक्टर (एल ए), NH16, विशाखपटनम को आंध्रप्रदेश राज्य मे नीचे दी गई अनुसूचीमें यथाविनिर्दीष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 16 के 681.000 कि.मी. से 731.780 कि.मी (आनंदपुरम – अनकापल्ली सेक्शन) और राजमार्ग संख्या 516C के 0.000 कि.मी से 13.600 कि.मी (सब्बवरम से शीलानगरजंक्शन) तक के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन सबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारि के कु त्यो का पालन करने के ल लिएइस आधिसुचनाके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारि के रूप में प्राधिकु त करती है ।
यह अधिसूचना द्वारा पूर्व में अधिसूचित 3a का.आ.संख्या 2104, 25th जून, 2020 निरस्त की जाती है । 3405 GI/2022

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th May, 2022
S.O. 2335(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Special Deputy Collector (LA), NH16, Visakhapatnam as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 681.000 to Km.731.780 (Anandapuram to Anakapalli) of NH-16 and from Km. 0.000 to Km.13.600 of 516C (Sabbavaram to Sheelanagar) for building (widening / four laning, etc), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the schedule given below.
This notification supersedes the earlier 3a notifications S.O.No.2104, 25th June, 2020.
