सा.का.नि. 384(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 20) की धारा 38 और धारा 22 की उप-धारा (4) के खंड (घ) तथा धारा 12 के साथ पठित धारा 39 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, खाद्य सुरक्षा (राज्य सरकारों को सहायता) नियम, 2015 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा (राज्य सरकारों को सहायता) (संशोधन) नियम, 2022 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. खाद्य सुरक्षा (राज्य सरकारों को सहायता) नियम 2015 में, नियम 7 में, –
(क) उप-नियम (1) में, स्पष्टीकरण में,-
(i) खंड 1 में, उप-खंड (xx) और (xxi) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप-खंड रखे जाएंगे, अर्थात:-
"(xx) दादरा और नागर हवेली तथा दमन और दीव";
(ii) खंड (2) में, उप-खंड (xiii) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप-खंड अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-
"(xiv) लद्दाख";
(ख) उप-नियम (1) के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] "(1क) साधारण प्रवर्ग या विशेष प्रवर्ग में राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों को के न्द्रीय सहायता के व्यय का पुनरीक्षित मान, उप-नियम (1) के स्पष्टीकरण में यथा विनिदिष्ट और उसमें के न्द्रीय सरकार के हिस्से की सीमा (प्रतिशत में) नीचे सारणी में यथा विनिदिष्ट, 1 अप्रैल, 2022 से उन राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों को उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी जो धारा 12 में विनिदिष्ट सुधारों और समय-समय पर के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा दिए निर्देशों का अनुपालन करते हैं।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd May, 2022
G.S.R. 384(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 39, read with section 12, clause (d) of sub-section (4) of section 22 and section 38 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (20 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Food Security (Assistance to State Governments) Rules, 2015, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Food Security (Assistance to State Governments) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Food Security (Assistance to State Governments) Rules, 2015, in rule 7, —
(a) in sub-rule (1), in the Explanation, —
(i) in clause (1), for sub-clause (xx) and (xxi), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely: —
"(xx) Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu";
(ii) in clause (2), after sub-clause (xiii), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(xiv) Ladakh";
(b) after sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely: —
"(1A) The revised norms of expenditure (in rupee per quintal) of Central assistance to the State Governments and Union territories in the General category or Special category, as specified in the Explanation to sub-rule (1), and the limit of the share of the Central Government thereto (in percentage), as [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण
3 specified in the table below, shall be provided with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022 to those State Governments and Union territories who comply with the reforms specified in section 12 and the directions given by the Central Government from time to time, namely:-
